A Catalog of Giving

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS celebrates a milestone with our latest A Catalog of Giving. It’s been 20 years since we first offered a few red ribbon merchandise items in a simple three-fold brochure. Over the years, that brochure has grown into an extensive catalog and online store, which have featured hundreds of items including our very own Broadway Cares Collection and Broadway Legends ornament series

A Catalog of Giving can be used year-round for all-occasion gift-giving. You also can order our one-of-a-kind merchandise by visiting our online store at broadwaycares.org for new featured items and great savings. Our latest snow globe is designed by Tony Award®-nominated designer Beowulf Boritt and features your favorite Broadway characters in a snowy Times Square.  We are also excited to introduce new additions to the Broadway Cares Collection, which feature logos from your favorite shows that have played on Broadway this past season.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA) is one of the nation’s leading industry-based, nonprofit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organizations.  By drawing upon the talents, resources and generosity of the American theatre community, since 1988 BC/EFA has raised more than $225 million for essential services for people with AIDS and other critical illnesses.

Broadway Cares awards annual grants to more than 450 AIDS and family service organizations nationwide and is the major supporter of the social service programs of
The Actors Fund, including the HIV/AIDS Initiative, the Phyllis Newman Women’s Health Initiative and the Al Hirschfeld Free Health Clinic.

Programs of BC/EFA include Classical Action, which draws on the talents and generosity of the classical, opera and jazz performing arts communities to raise funds for AIDS services and Dancers Responding to AIDS (DRA), the dance world’s ongoing response to the AIDS crisis. Each item purchased supports BC/EFA’s mission and important work. Whether you shopped with us 20 years ago and continue to do so, or just discovered us recently, please know that your support allows BC/EFA to succeed in our mission of helping those affected by HIV and AIDS and other life-threatening illnesses. What we do together makes a difference!
